The methods featured on this platform are primarily based on analytical methods listed in the Codex Standard CXS 234-1999. Our scientific experts further evaluate and select methods based on scientific consensus, regulatory relevance, and fitness for purpose, ensuring they are appropriate for the accurate determination of nutrients and chemical contaminants in various categories of special dietary foods.

You can search or browse by analyte, commodity category (e.g., infant formula, FSMP), or method. Use filters or the navigation tools provided in the “How to Use This Site” section.
