Description
Method determines nitrogen content and calculates crude protein in milk and milk products based on the Kjeldahl principle, using both traditional and block digestion methods. It applies to liquid cow's milk (whole, partially skimmed, or skimmed), whole milk from goats and sheep, hard, semi-hard, and processed cheese, as well as dried milk and dried milk products, including milk-based infant formula, milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate, casein, and caseinate. However, it does not apply to samples containing ammonium caseinate.
